Thought Bubble: She was really doing everything as best as she could. She worked hard to stay on the straight and narrow, the right track. Staying on the right track took balance, took courage and sacrifice. Yet she was hit from the back by the wrong train, going down the wrong track.
Meditation: Deep breath. Try and locate points in your body where you feel tightness or pain. That is where you are holding stuck energy. Rub it and release some tension.
Discussion: Let’s throw cause and effect out the window here because that just doesn’t jive right now. “She, he, you, they” worked hard and were accomplishing things. Careful planning to achieve goals and dreams. Side stepping the easy way out. Forgoing some pleasures for long term missions. Then out of nowhere an overwhelming negative event or person slams right into YOU.
Sometimes we can not see patterns of vulnerability that exist in events that happen to us but they are there. Think about times when things were going well but you can remember when things weren’t going so well. Then boom, you get hit with something horrible. This is the wrong train yet was it your train in the past? Something to think about is how to stop these patterns.
Be like a train and put the brakes on. Scheduled stops. Dump passengers and only let ticket holders on. Keep staying on your track!
